Focus On What You Can Control

There are really only two things that you have absolute control over:

1. Your thoughts (your attitude)

2. Your actions

Everything else is out of your control. So there is no point even thinking about it. Other people's actions, thoughts, decisions. You can't control them.

But you can control you! 

When you learn to harness that, and push yourself to the best that is within you, EVERY SINGLE DAY, good things are bound to happen.

So as you push on your goals make a renewed effort to maximize what is within your control. Here are some thoughts:

- Condition yourself to see the good in everything, no matter what happens, there is always a seed of opportunity in every adversity.

- Make specific commitments to yourself that you will take specific action - AND THEN FOLLOW THROUGH. Don't deceive yourself. Be true to yourself.
